About Ozain Fabrics

Textile converters in continuous operation since 1988 — three-plus decades of turning greige cloth into finished fabric for exporters, manufacturers and designers.

Our Story

Ozain Fabrics was founded in Karachi in 1988. [EDIT: add founding-story narrative/details beyond the year — founder, first clients, how the network grew.]

We are textile converters: we don't own a single factory, and that is deliberate. Owning one mill ties you to its machines, its capacity and its limitations. Instead, we have spent over three decades building working relationships with more than 30 partner facilities across Pakistan — dyeing houses, printing units, pre-treatment plants and weaving mills — and we place each job where it will be done best.

Leadership

The People Behind Ozain Fabrics

This is a family business, and it is run by family. When you deal with Ozain Fabrics, you deal with the people whose name is on the door — not a call centre.

Ozain Shah, Founder of Ozain Fabrics

Founder

Ozain Shah

Ozain Shah founded Ozain Fabrics in 1988 and has spent more than three decades building it from a single working relationship into a network of over thirty partner facilities across Pakistan. His conviction has never changed: a textile order is a promise, and a promise is kept on the factory floor — by being there, inspecting the cloth yourself, and refusing to pass on work you wouldn't accept in your own name.

The trust this company is known for is, quite simply, his reputation. [EDIT: add a personal line or two — the early story, a founding principle, or a long-standing client relationship you're proud of.]

CEO & Managing Director

Rauf Shah

Rauf Shah leads Ozain Fabrics today as CEO and Managing Director, carrying his father's hands-on standard into a new generation of the business. He works with clients directly — from first inquiry to final delivery — because when the person responsible for the outcome is the one sitting across the table, you know your order has someone's name on it.

Under his direction the company is widening its services and bringing its craftsmanship online, without losing the personal accountability it was built on. [EDIT: add a personal line — your background, your vision for Ozain Fabrics, or what you want every client to know.]

We Manage. We Don't Just Forward.

Plenty of middlemen will pass your order to a factory and pass the result back to you — whatever that result turns out to be. That is not what we do.

When Ozain Fabrics takes an order, our team plans the route, negotiates the schedule, and is physically present through processing. We check shade against standard, inspect for defects while there is still time to correct them, and push problems to resolution on the factory floor — not after delivery, when it's too late.

If something goes wrong, it is our problem before it is yours. That is the whole point of working with us.

How Our Factory Network Works

You bring us greige cloth — or we source it for you. Based on the fabric, the finish you need, the quantity and the timeline, we select the right facility from our network: not the cheapest, not the closest, but the one that will hit your specification.

Because we place continuous volume with these facilities, your order gets factory-floor attention that a one-off customer rarely receives — and you get one accountable point of contact instead of five phone numbers.

Our Quality Commitment

Every order is checked against the agreed specification before dispatch: shade, hand-feel, width, and defect inspection. We catch problems before delivery — and when a defect does slip through, we take responsibility for making it right.

Process

How It Works

A simple process on your side. A managed one on ours.

  1. Tell us what you need

Share your fabric, quantity and target — by quote basket, WhatsApp or a phone call.

  2. We source & quote

We match your job to the right factory in our network and send you a clear quote.

  3. We manage production

Our team supervises processing, runs quality checks and fixes issues on the factory floor.

  4. Delivered on time, on spec

Finished fabric, checked before dispatch — we take responsibility for the outcome.
